HOME DESIGN- New Construction & Remodeling

Your home is the center of your life.  During the initial consultation we will discuss how you use your home on a day-to-day basis and ways that it can become even more functional for you.  Whether you are a busy mom needing a fresh look, a regular host to family and friends, or enjoy spaces that focus on personal relaxation and rejuvenation, we will take YOUR lifestyle into consideration when creating a new space.

Along with design services, we also offer assistance with spacial planning including for kitchens & bathrooms. When you combine our design skills with our real life rendering package add-on options you give yourself the opportunity to “see'“ the space before the construction work has even began.   Design Packages & Contact information

For more details on our design services, Please email our Office Manager Ginger at Manager@ihdne.com & she will send over our Design Services Guide which gives information on our design packages. You can also call our office line @ 402- 665-0070. An initial in-home consultation is $150-225 & paint packages start at $150 & that will include the consultation as well as notes from the consultation. If there is any recommended follow up work we will also give you a customized design package to meet the needs of your project as well as your personal preferences.

We also offer Full Design Packages where we will assist you from start to finish with your new construction, remodeling or furnishing project. With these services we can help with room layouts, all surface selections, Furniture Design & every last detail down to the window treatments. Full design packages ensure that your home will have the cohesive look that people look for in their homes!
